What we could do is create a page listing all the streets, landmarks, etc. Next to each location whose name is a reference, we'd list that reference. Locations that warranted their own page, like Grandenetti Cathedral or Shadow Hill, would contain a link to that page. That way, we get all the references in (which I too think is something this Wiki ought to do) but without having to create separate pages for minor locations that don't really warrant it.

We never really had a good setup for streets, businesses, landmarks (pretty much anything in the City category). For the most part they are one time name drops. The main reason I kept adding them was to show the references on the names. I loved the old Who's Who's and Annotations and trying to pick up where they left off to a degree. And out of consistency's sake I added stores, streets etc, that didn't serve any reference.
