He was the figure that the brainwashed Silver Agent apparently assassinated in Paris, France, in 1972 during peace talks of the Vietnam War, though he was later revealed to be alive. Powers It's unknown if he has any powers, but there seems to be an insinuation of using and controlling the darker arts.
