HistoryIn 1974 they were defeated by Street Angel, when they attempted to kidnap Senator Everett. PowersIt's not known for sure if they are just wearing costumes or have been genetically altered or whether they are some artificially created beings. They have very muscular bodies, with each member having a barcode and numbers emblazoned on them.
