Starfighter A cosmic hero whose career (on earth anyway) seemed to peak during the period known as the Dark Age of super-heroes. History Origins Duncan Keller, a soldier in Vietnam began to see visions of a temple that no one else could see which everyone around thought that he was going insane, but those visions and in particular the symbols on the temple walls gave him focus, and he kept tracing the symbols, until eventually, he was granted power by the powerful energy known as the Lorus and he became Starfighter. Confrontation with the Silver Agent While controlled by the Sterling Foundation, he was the one who found and fought the Silver Agent after his murdering of the Mad Maharajah in 1972, though the Agent defeated him in battle. Saving the Infra-Dauphin Starfighter was a key player in the saving of a cosmic being known as the Infra-Dauphin. This earned him the honor of a special intergalactic visit to as secret celestial nursery where he and other members of Honor Guard witnessed the birthing of a new generation of aliens called the Universals. The Cosmic Wars (circa 1982) During the height of the Cosmic Wars, Starfighter was somehow split into two separate individuals. Completely unique bodies, with polar opposite psychological personalities. One was "good' and the other "bad." They bad one was thought to be from another cosmic reality, but that was never fully determined. Shifting Life Focus As we move along the path of life, the focus shifts and the needs change. For Duncan Heller the power of being Starfighter has not faded. But maybe his role on the frontlines has diminished. He seems content and fulfilled with how his life is changing as he approaches his senior years. Overall pleased in his memories, even the bitter ones. Yet still, he is ready to embrace the challenges that life has in store for him. Whatever they may be. Powers He has the ability of flight and some form of highly powerful cosmic energy.
